he is more than a minor character isnt he?....anyway farther of draco so obviously i think he is hott but his personality was ok from time to time but most of the time....scary

I love both Jason Issacs and Lucius Malfoy ... Kinda obvious with looking at my name X3 I've loved Lucius since I've read of him in the books, but I've always had a thing for the bad guys.  |
